The Board of Directors decides on the strategy of the Swiss Network for Dementia Research, upon recommendation by the Management Office, and is responsible for the overall direction, supervision and control of the association and its management.

The Board meets several times per year, typically February, May, September, December, with additional meetings held as necessary.
