neurodAIgnostics is a young spin-off of the University of Zurich (UZH) and University Hospital Zurich (USZ), founded by Prof. Dr. Nicolas Langer. As a small, science-driven startup, neurodAIgnostics develops digital and AI-based solutions for neuropsychological assessment.
The company is looking for a Neuropsychologist (60%) who is excited to actively shape the future of neuropsychological diagnostics.
The role
The Neuropsychologist will introduce the neurodAIgnostics platform to new clinics and neuropsychological teams and coordinate pilot projects from start to finish – from the initial contact and implementation to evaluation.
The role also involves acting as a key bridge between clinical users and the software team. The successful candidate will understand the needs of neuropsychology, gather feedback from clinical practice, and translate it into concrete product improvements.
What the candidate brings
- Master’s degree in Psychology
- At least 2 years of professional experience in neuropsychology
- Solid knowledge of neuropsychological tests and test batteries (e.g., CERAD, MNND, NAB, D-KEFS), including their norms and interpretation
- Enjoyment of working and communicating with clinics and clinical users
- Strong interest in Digital Health, AI, research, and product development
- A proactive mindset and enthusiasm for contributing to a young startup
A big plus
- Affinity for digital tools and new technologies
- Experience or interest in sales, marketing, or business development
- Additional language skills, particularly English, French, and/or Italian
- Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot
