Specialized psychologist for neuropsychology

Inselspital Bern is looking for a specialized psychologist for neuropsychology to join the new Neurological Memory Clinic, part of the University Interdisciplinary Memory Clinic. The position is available immediately or by arrangement, with a workload of 70% to 100%, initially limited to two years with the possibility of a permanent contract.


Responsibilities:

  • Conducting neuropsychological diagnostics for patients with genetic and/or age-associated cognitive impairments in outpatient and inpatient settings.
  • Collecting patient histories and applying psychological testing methods.
  • Documenting and interpreting findings.
  • Preparing neuropsychological examination reports.


Qualifications:

  • A completed university degree in psychology (M.Sc. or equivalent), with a focus on neuropsychology and relevant professional experience.
  • Certification as a "Federally Certified Neuropsychologist" (EAN).
  • Practical experience in neuropsychological diagnostics.
  • An independent and flexible working style.
  • Strong patient orientation and resilience.
  • Knowledge of foreign languages such as French, Italian, and English is an advantage.
