Specialized psychologist for neuropsychology
Inselspital Bern is looking for a specialized psychologist for neuropsychology to join the new Neurological Memory Clinic, part of the University Interdisciplinary Memory Clinic. The position is available immediately or by arrangement, with a workload of 70% to 100%, initially limited to two years with the possibility of a permanent contract.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting neuropsychological diagnostics for patients with genetic and/or age-associated cognitive impairments in outpatient and inpatient settings.
- Collecting patient histories and applying psychological testing methods.
- Documenting and interpreting findings.
- Preparing neuropsychological examination reports.
Qualifications:
- A completed university degree in psychology (M.Sc. or equivalent), with a focus on neuropsychology and relevant professional experience.
- Certification as a "Federally Certified Neuropsychologist" (EAN).
- Practical experience in neuropsychological diagnostics.
- An independent and flexible working style.
- Strong patient orientation and resilience.
- Knowledge of foreign languages such as French, Italian, and English is an advantage.
